D\u00e9tendre la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re et incorporer, puis bien foisonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recette Bruno Gr\u00e9aud :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>160 g de pralin\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 g de pate noisette<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>600 g de cr\u00e8me patissi\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Croustillant feuilletine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>55 g de pralin\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 g de couverture noire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50g de feuilletine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noisette caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de noisettes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40 g de sirop 1260<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plonger les noisettes, puis \u00e9taler sur silpat et saupoudrer.
