Marquer un cercle de 20 cm et garnir avec la frangipane. D\u00e9tailler avec un cercle de 22 cm et chiqueter. Dorer deux fois, strier, cuire 15 min \u00e0 200\u00b0C puis 30 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
