Laisser fermenter une demi heure. Puis ajouter tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients et p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser reposer une heure (double volume).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peser 80g, bouler et laisser reposer 30 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplatir, pour les cheese naan mettre le fromage au centre et fermer comme une raviole. Laisser reposer qq minutes et aplatir \u00e0 nouveau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser reposer ce disque qq minutes puis cuire dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive bien chaude. Retourner \u00e0 l&rsquo;apparition des premi\u00e8res bulles.
