Remettre sur le feu et dess\u00e9cher la pate avec une spatule j&rsquo;usqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une boule.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9barrasser dans la cuve du batteur et laisser tourner la feuille 1 min \u00e0 petite vitesse pour refroidir la p\u00e2te un peu.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer progressivement les oeufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te cremeuse.
