Entre deux feuilles de guitare faire un rectangle de 20 x 40 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le beurre mani\u00e9 : farine et beurre froid en petit d\u00e9s avec la feuille au batteur vitesse 3. Entre deux feuilles guitare faire un rectangle de 20 x 62 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre au frigo au moins 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Poser bord \u00e0 bord la d\u00e9trempe sur le\u00a0beurre mani\u00e9. Rabattre le tiers libre du beurre mani\u00e9 sur la d\u00e9trempe, puis plier en deux. Remettre au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Faire un tour double (compte 1,5) : un tiers\/ deux tiers , puis plier en deux.
