Dans une po\u00eale mettre 10 g de miel \u00e0 caram\u00e9liser et d\u00e9cuire avec 10 g de beurre. Faire caram\u00e9liser la tartine d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9.\u00a0D\u00e9barrasser avec une spatule.<\/p>\n<p>Ep\u00e9piner pomme et poire. Couper les prunes en deux. \u00a0Cuire dans une petite casserole \u00e0 couvert avec 20 g\u00a0 beurre. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson avec la pointe du couteau.
